The service

NewsletterAsAService provides done-for-you newsletter writing, editing, and delivery for professional services firms. By ordering a single edition or subscribing to a recurring plan, you agree to these terms.

Single Edition

The Single Edition is a one-time $500 purchase for one firm, one brand, one audience, one newsletter, and one named approver. It includes 500–700 researched words, three subject lines, preview text, one verified visual, source notes, branded HTML, plain text, and one consolidated revision round. It is delivered send-ready and does not include ESP access, setup, list import, scheduling, or sending.

The delivery target is seven business days after payment is verified and complete intake is received. We will refund the order in full if we reject the firm as out of scope before research begins, or if we miss that target for reasons within our control. Once production begins, the order is otherwise non-refundable. You may purchase single editions whenever capacity is available without starting a subscription.

If you activate either recurring plan within 10 calendar days after delivery, the full $500 payment is credited toward the first monthly charge and the delivered single edition counts as the first edition in that billing period. The credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with another single-edition credit.

Recurring plans

The twice-monthly plan is $750 per month for two editions. If the single-edition credit applies, the balance for the first billing period is $250. The plan includes one-time setup for one ESP and one list, followed by scheduling and sending after your explicit approval. You have two business days to review each edition. A missed approval may move the send date and does not create an additional owed edition.

The weekly plan is $1,500 per month for one edition every week, or 52 editions per year. If the single-edition credit applies, the balance for the first billing period is $1,000. The number of scheduled editions in a calendar month may vary because the service follows a weekly cadence.

Recurring plans renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal through the hosted billing portal. We do not provide partial-period refunds. Non-standard scope may be quoted separately and may carry different terms.

Scope limits

Standard scope excludes list building, multiple audience segments, multilingual editions, urgent alerts, custom automation, stakeholder committees, legal or compliance approval, and performance guarantees. Any work outside the written scope requires a separate quote and your approval.

Content ownership

All newsletter content we produce for you is yours. Upon payment of applicable fees, you own full rights to the final content and may use it across any channel. Third-party materials remain subject to their original licenses. We will not identify you as a client or publish your work as a case study without written permission.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the newsletter content complies with any regulations applicable to your industry, list, and recipients, including required disclosures, consent, unsubscribe handling, and professional review. You agree to review and explicitly approve each recurring edition before sending, and not to distribute content you believe is inaccurate or unlawful. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee opens, clicks, leads, revenue, inbox placement, or other business outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
