How long does the first edition take?
Within seven business days after complete intake. Research begins only after payment is verified and intake is complete. Share your audience, objective, topic boundaries, voice samples, and brand inputs in the intake.
How do you match our voice?
We use your intake and existing writing samples to guide the draft. Review the complete edition and return one consolidated round of notes. That review lets you correct tone, terminology, and firm-specific details before using the content.
Do we need to supply articles?
You do not need an existing article library. We research relevant primary sources for the agreed audience and topic boundaries. Share firm-specific expertise or announcements you want considered; your firm remains responsible for legal and compliance approval.
Do we own the finished edition?
Yes. You keep the completed edition and its HTML and plain-text files. The single edition requires no subscription or automatic renewal and excludes ESP access, setup, list import, scheduling, and sending.
Can we continue with recurring writing and sending?
Yes. The $750/month plan covers 2 editions per month, research, verification, writing, design, setup for one ESP and one list, and sending after explicit approval. Continue within 10 calendar days after delivery and the single edition counts as edition one of month one; the remaining balance is $250. ESP analytics remain available; there is no separate reporting deck. The plan renews monthly. Cancel before the next renewal through the hosted billing portal; partial-period refunds are not provided.
What falls outside the standard scope?
List building, multiple audience segments, multilingual editions, urgent alerts, custom automation, stakeholder committees, legal or compliance approval, and performance guarantees are outside standard scope. Additional audiences or more complex review need a separate quote.
