What we collect

When you buy or complete intake for a single edition, we collect your business email, firm name, website, firm type, named approver, audience, objective, topic preferences and exclusions, voice-sample links, brand-asset links, and the Stripe Checkout Session ID used to match payment to intake. Do not submit confidential client data, regulated personal information, passwords, or card details through the intake form.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to verify payment, assess fit, produce and deliver the contracted newsletter, administer the subscription, and communicate about the service. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments and subscription management; we do not receive or store full card details. Our form provider processes single-edition intake submissions. Hosting, analytics, email, and client-selected ESP providers process only the data needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email and newsletter data

Retainer newsletters are scheduled through the client's own ESP account. We do not import the subscriber list into a separate marketing database. Access is limited to the one ESP and one list covered by the service scope.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for analytics purposes (page views, traffic sources). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

Data retention

We retain business records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of information that we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
